In Google Ads, open Campaigns → Insights & reports → Search terms.
Set the date range you want reviewed.
Open the columns editor and make sure the columns below are showing.
Click Download and choose .csv (the Excel .csv variant works too).

Columns this report needs

Search term and Cost — required.
Keyword — Google hides this one by default. Add it to see which of your keywords matched each search.
Clicks, Conversions, All conv. — optional, but without them this app cannot say anything about results.
Currency code, Campaign, Match type — recommended.

One thing to avoid: if your report has a column called “Conversion action” — where the same search appears on several rows, once per conversion type — the cost gets counted more than once and this app will refuse the file. If you see that column, remove it and download again.
